Secure Transactions

Your personal and credit card information is transmitted securely to our payment processing company's servers over an encrypted SSL connection. Your credit card number is not permanently stored in our computer systems.

To protect you from fraudulent charges, before shipping our order we will take additional security measures, including: making sure that the address and ZIP code from your order match those on your credit card statement using AVS (Address Verification System), checking with the credit card company to verify ownership of the card, and recording your IP address with the order.

Online credit card orders are handled by Web Services Group.

Personal Info

On some pages, you may be asked to submit information about yourself or about someone else, including name, address, email address, and phone number. We do not share this information with any outside parties, unless we receive your express permission.

Cookies

Your browser may store a small file called a "cookie" on your computer. Our cookies only store data that makes it easier for you to use our site. No personal information is stored in our cookies.

Shipping Policy

To ship an order, we must have a contact phone number where you can be reached if there are any problems with your order.

Additional information may be required before shipping International orders outside of the U.S.

We reserve the right to make slight changes in your order based on availability or saftey issues. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific board with specific options.

Return/Cancellation Policy

All returned items are subject to:

• $40 restocking fee (provided the board has not been used)
• Customer pays shipping back to us
• All Boards that are returned must be new and never used. There is a $40 restocking
  fee on completes and $20 restock fee on decks and accessories.
• Orders cancelled with 24 hours are subject to $10 processing fee

Environment and Carbon Footprint Policy

Our Associates drive Hybrid Vehicles which routinly get 40 mpg or better. We look forward to the electric cars coming soon. For every 20 skateboards we sell we will plant a tree in our Vermont and Minnesota tree farms. We recycle our rain water and use it in our gardens and banana fields. We recycle all packing materials and newspaper for shipments. We also go as far as using soloar panels for all our heating and cooling needs. We also have worm beds that we use to create all our own fertilizer to help our gardens grow. We mention this in hopes we can convey to others the pratical aspects of saving money whiloe we conserve our environment.
